I teach an integrative form of gentle yoga designed for calming the nervous system and increasing body awareness through breath, visualization, and simple posture. My work is trauma-informed and sensitive to each clients needs. I emphasize gentle poses, connected breath, visualization, body sensing, meditation, chakras, and koshas.
I believe that more physical methods of yoga are also beneficial and would be happy to recommend yoga teachers who would be a good fit for you.
